There’s more to do at Bridgeton! Visit Family Day on July 27th and experience our new attractions – at no extra cost. Your Wee Happy Bus has cab, bell, sounds and ticket machine. It’s a sure hit with youngsters. SIM 1 is for bigger kids and adults. The three-screen, high-tech bus driving experience tilts as you brake and rocks as you roll round corners. The simulator was purchased by Stagecoach co-founder Sir Brian Souter and accepted on long-term loan by GVVT chairman Steven Booth. Find it by Your Wee Happy Shop, supported by two ride-on Playstation 5 bus simulators.

GVVT Family Day isn’t GVVT Family Day without the Michael Brawley Big Band. Hear them swing the garage on Sunday (Jul 27) with two one-hour sets at 12 noon and 2pm.

Western Desert Recce Group, army charity, vehicle preservationists and stalwart supporters of GVVT, return to Bridgeton Bus Garage for Family Day on July 28. In the year we celebrate the 80th anniversary of D Day, their participation is appreciated more than ever.

Biscuit kings Tunnock’s are coming to GVVT Family Day on with their unique Fleur de Lys van. Sir Boyd Tunnock ensures his brand has a permanent presence at Bridgeton Bus Garage in the shape of ads on 1954 Leyland Titan L484.
